Next year we're hosting the Nation.  And New Zealand!  From Saturday 26 September to Sunday 4 October - based in St Helens - we're organising a Carnival with ELEVEN events: Australian Orienteering Championships 2020

Some of you are already volunteering - with Warwick Moore as our Director.  Many more of you will be called on to help out as the events near.  Big or small, every contribution is needed and will be appreciated.

But there'll also be plenty of opportunities to take part.  Don't be put off by the "Championships" tag, anyone can enter with classes for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Are you up for the challenge?  The amazing terrain is not to be missed.

Based in St Helens for virtually the whole nine days, the Championships use some of Australia’s best terrain.

With NEW areas and iconic maps the orienteering will feature granite boulders, intricate erosion detail, spur gully landscapes, open eucalyptus forest, coastal scenery and more.

On offer are the Australian Sprint, Middle, Long & Relay Championships, the Schools Championships, the Turbo Chook 3 Days and the Tasmanian Middle Championships.

Early Bird Entries open 1 February 2020.  But make your leave plans now!  The Championships coincide with School Holidays.
