Day 2 of EVOC’s Summer Cup saw competitors head for fun in the sun, sand dunes and the sleepy seaside community of Weymouth. Everyone returned from their run looking like they had stopped for a swim on this very warm day. A BBQ, shady rest and games followed the fantastic courses set by Katya and Ksenia. Winners, Jon McComb (Long) and Logan Kerr (Short) were presented their golden cups and Tasmanian delicacies. Overall fastest for long, Jack Wickham and short, Logan Kerr. Don’t miss Day 3 of the Summer Cup to be held at the Launceston Gorge. Expected temperatures are 35 degrees so bring your swimmers for a well-deserved dip afterwards. Start times are from 5pm.
