Three Orienteering Opportunities in two days. Do everything or take your pick. There are courses to suit all standards. And like all orienteering events - feel comfortable going at your own pace.
Saturday Night O (1 September) - Get intimate with the Stringy Bark Gully map, Cambridge. Explore places never seen before (in the dark) and enjoy a rare starlit meander through this beautiful patch of forest. If you're feeling less confident about navigating in the dark - why not run an easier course than usual or go out with a friend! We recommend this for children under 14. TO ENTER - just turn up on the night.
Also, as a reminder - earlier on Saturday there is a Technical Training Session open to all at Curryjong Creek, Nugent from 12 noon to 1:30pm. Register your attendance by emailing Jon McComb
Sunday at Pittwater Dunes (2 September) - Negotiate the maze of depressions and knolls at Pittwater, just past Hobart's Airport. Open to all. For the competitive, this event is OST 13 & the Southern Regional Championships. You need to pre-enter for hard courses by Wednesday 29 August - Enter Pittwater & the Long & Relay Champs in St Helens (15 & 16 September) using a single payment with Paypal - Or - Enter Pittwater Event Only
