The Middle Distance Championships at Calverts Beach on Saturday now has Allocated Start Times *** Allow an 800m beach walk to the start from the carpark *** Easy courses remain open to entry on the day from 10am - noon
The event at Rokeby Hills on Sunday also has Allocated Start Times for Schools Team Contenders *** This impacts on the available starts for the public - Courses 3 & 4 open from 10:30am. Course 7 from 11:10am. Otherwise starts are as usual from 10am - noon
