The extra supplies of high quality A3 paper have arrived and all 5,000 odd maps for the Easter carnival have now been printed. So our map bagging day which was temporarily postponed is definitely on again this Sunday, 18 March at Southern Support School, Howrah ( on the right just past Wentworth Park), 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm - thanks to Gayle West. We will have a room with chairs and trestle tables.
Many thanks to those who have volunteered to help out bagging the maps. It is not a fast process and we could do with some more volunteers. Don’t worry if you are competing – I will ensure you bag maps from a different course to yours.!!
