19th March: Queens Domain and Cenotaph (forest and sprint)
26th March: Claremont college (sprint)
We are now in the "prepare to race" phase. These sessions will be using the techniques we've learned over the past 4 months, at a higher pace in a race scenario. Expect head to head racing, intervals, and mass starts.
On the 26th of March, the session is a sprint training at 6pm only. This is followed by a BYO BBQ at 4 Wentworth Street. I will then give a talk about race preparation or O-geeking as it's sometimes called. Aiming to finish by 9pm.
