I have received this request from two young German orienteers who wish to come to Tassie from 28th February until 15th of March. Christoph tells me that they are good friends of his and that Susen is currently the best woman orienteer in Germany.

I am Susen Lösch from Germany. My boyfriend Felix Späth and I are passionate orienteering runners. We also started for the german national team at WOC last year.
Just now we travel the world. The last months we were in South America and helped clubs there with training, mapping and other orienteering stuff. You can read more here: http://felixandsusenontrip.wordpress.com
At the 5th of February our flight goes to Sydney. At the Australian Eventor we saw that there are great training and competition opportunities on Tasmania. So we would like to ask if you know some club or person who would like to train with us and have free room for us to stay. Because we are just students and need to save money. If the club wishes we can also help to organise some trainings or small competitions.
We look forward to hear from you!
Greetings from Quito/Ecuador
Felix and Susen

If you think you can help them out (you will not be required to look after them, just accommodate them), please let Mike know (mjcalder@bigpond.com). Perhaps you know someone who needs a house-sitter or has a granny flat?
