Entry is now open in Eventor for the March long weekend statewide orienteering events. Day 1 and Day 2 are OST events and will be held on Sat Mar 11th and Sun March 12th at Pittwater. Day 3 is a sprint event also to be held at Pittwater on Mon 13th March.
For the elites Sat 11th and Sun 12th March provide the opportunity to enter the first two NOL events for the year. These events are listed as separate NOL events in Eventor and should only be selected by elites.
The weekend includes the Orienteering Tasmania Annual General Meeting and Awards Night dinner on Saturday 11th. The venue will be the Tasmania Golf Club and details on pricing and menu will be available soon. When entering the Saturday event in Eventor, please select under 'services' if you would like to attend so that we can get an indication of numbers.
A Sunday twilight BBQ is also planned thanks to the West family who will be providing the opportunity for everyone to purchase a BBQ meal. This will be used as a fund raiser for the Tasmanian Orienteering Juniors. When entering the Sunday event in Eventor, please select your BBQ requirements under 'services'. Prices are the same as last year with adults $15, children under twelve $10 and family $50.
