Time flies, Christoph Prunsche has been with us for 5 months and he goes home this weekend. He has trained our juniors, made them fit and prepared for competition. He has worked in schools, helped out at our events, run a weekend of relays and beaten everybody in our events – by a large margin. We will miss him, he has been great. If you see Chris this week, say goodbye and wish him well.
