The 2016 calendar of events is now available for viewing or downloading from the About Events page. This is available by selecting 'Events > About Events' from the main menu. The process of entering these events into Eventor has commenced and is expected to be completed before the start of the 2016 orienteering year.
Also available on the About Events page are the event fees that will apply from 2016 onwards. These have been reviewed and simplified by the OT Board so that there are now just two types of events; local events and OST/relay events. After many years without any price rise, some fees have risen by a small amount. However, fees for a 'youth' or a 'concession' have fallen in some cases so that these fees are always half of the adult fee. The family fee remains as being set on the cost of 2 adults and 1 youth. Casual fees are 50% to 60% higher than full member fees, providing a good incentive for casuals to become full club members.
The details on types of events listed in the About Events page will be reviewed and updated in the coming weeks. However, the series names and events are listed on the event calendar.
