In an announcement yesterday of the National Squads on the OA website, one of the largest spread of Tassie orienteering athletes were selected for 2014.
5 Tasmanians (The largest state representation) in the Australian Junior Development Squad: Ashley Nankervis, Anna Dowling, Jarrah Day, Hannah Goddard and Nicola Marshall
1 Tassie in the High Performance Squad: Brodie Nankervis
and 2 Tasmanians in the Elite High Performance Squad: Grace Crane and Hanny Allston
Congratulations to those selected and thanks also to others who put themselves through the selection process. Thanks also to all those involved in supporting this development program which has consistently produced excellent outcomes for Tasmanian orienteering over the last 10 years.
