Accommodation
Due to an unavoidable late cancellation two rooms in the Settler’s Cottage (double and 3 singles) have now become available. If anyone would like to upgrade from the Shearer’s Quarters please let Sally Wayte (email) know. The cost is $54 per adult and $30 per child.
A reminder to those staying overnight that pre-payment by direct deposit would be helpful if possible. Thanks to those who have already paid. Rooms in the Shearer’s Quarters wil be pre-allocated, so please look for your name on the doors. Linen is supplied.
Entry list
The list of entries for TOS 5 and the relay championships will be posted on the website in coming days. Please check back for these and let Sally Wayte (email) know ASAP if there are errors or omissions.
Food
Crockery and cutlery is supplied, so all you need to bring is your dinner (BBQ fare plus salad or dessert to share) and breakfast. Australopers will be providing tomato sauce and bread. The BBQ will start at 5.30pm in the Shearing Shed. If anyone who is NOT staying at Fonthill is planning to come to the BBQ and games night, please let Sally Wayte know, so we can set up enough chairs and tables. The Juniors will be running a BBQ and cake stall for lunch on both days. Please support this fundraising venture.
